The Body’s Self-Healing Mechanism

Our bodies are programmed to heal and repair themselves naturally, all we need to do is give our bodies a chance to active the self-healing mechanism. It knows what it needs to do, as long as we just need to get the hell out of the way and we have to do is provide the body with the necessary ingredients and nutrients for the body to be healthy and the body will be healthy. While removing all the negative influences including poor nutrition, drugs and other chemicals in our body, along with a healthy lifestyle that we need, the body will respond and heal.

For example, when your skin is cut, the platelets in your blood will clot to stop bleeding, white blood cells will remove dead and injured cells, and new healthy cells will repair the damaged tissue. Or the blood vessels in our body, you can imagine the plumbing in our house, we use it for years, it has to wear out and rupture. The blood vessels in our body work continuously for 50-60 years, also wear out and rupture, but the blood vessels in our body is more amazing, it has a self-repair mechanism, as long as you give it what it needs like plant chemicals in vegetables, it will repair itself and don’t give it toxic things like herbicides, pesticides, and alcohol to make it wear out faster.

With today’s modern lifestyle, we prevent the body from naturally healing and repairing itself, we ask the body to do too many things and even do many things at the same time, we want to do this, we want to do that continuously, without giving the body rest and relax rightly, we use the body excessively. We can do it for a day, a week, a month, or a year, but then decades later, and eventually the body gets sick.

We are not victims of disease, we have choices. That self-healing and self-repair mechanism only work when the nervous system is in a state of rest and relaxation.
